Proving that no fetus is too good to be aborted by the commingling of federal funds and private abortion dollars, Planned Parenthood Action Fund President Cecile Richards sent this out to its e-mail base. Planned Parenthood hopes to get 100,000 signatures in support of its efforts by December 2:
