The AP reports that Douglas Elmendorf, head of the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, “contradicts” President Obama’s claim that, under the proposed health care reform legislation, Medicare will not be cut. Elmendorf is saying that Medicare Advantage will be cut $100 billion over ten years.
