OneNewsNow reports that, according to Jonathan Saenz of the Free Market Foundation,
since Texas implemented an abstinence approach to sex ed in the early 1990s, teen pregnancies have dropped by 24 percent. Teen abortions have dropped by 41 percent, and teen births have declined by 22 percent.
