Norma McCorvey was known only as “Jane Roe” in Roe v. Wade, the landmark 1973 Supreme Court ruling that allowed for abortion in all states. The lastest Gallup poll shows a four-point drop, from 40 to 36 percent, in Americans polled who think abortion is “morally acceptable.” This is the fourth such poll taken recently that shows the decline in acceptability of abortion among those polled. HT: Secondhand Smoke.
