The American Center for Law and Justice announces it has secured a win in their litigation against the State of Illinois in protecting the rights of Illinois pharmacists whose consciences prohibit them from dispensing abortion-inducing drugs, including Plan B.

The conservative legal group was awarded a temporary restraining order against the governor of Illinois and other officials in their efforts to force pharmacists’ compliance to former-governer Rod Blagojevich’s 2005 Executive Order aimed at incompliant pharmacists.

This is an important victory especially in view of efforts by the Obama administration to rescind the rights of pharmacists and other medical workers who refuse to dispense medicines with the intent to kill.
